By accessing this website, booking any service, joining any programme, or purchasing any digital product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

 

These Terms apply to all services, including:

• QHHT Level 2 sessions

• Angel Reiki (in-person or distance)

• Soul Speak sessions

• Intuitive Healing Circles

• Activations, meditations, transmissions

• Coaching and mentoring

• Workshops, group programmes, live events

• Digital products, downloads, recordings, replays

• All content on soulisticascension.com and associated platforms

• All sales pages, booking pages, landing pages, and linked platforms (e.g., Kajabi, PayPal, Stripe, Zoom, Facebook)

 

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase any services.​

 

 

2. DEFINITIONS

• “Services” includes all spiritual, energetic, coaching, and educational offerings.

• “Client” or “You” refers to the person purchasing or engaging with any service or content.

• “Programme” refers to Sacred Reclamation or any multi-week course.

• “Digital Product” refers to meditations, downloads, workbooks, recordings, and replays.

3. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18+ to book or participate in any session, programme, or service.

No exceptions.

4. NO MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

All services are spiritual, energetic, and intuitive in nature.

They are not a substitute for:

• Medical treatment

• Psychological or psychiatric care

• Therapy or counselling

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

• Diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any condition

You agree to consult appropriate professionals for any medical, mental-health, legal, or financial concerns.

5. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Soulistic Ascension does not guarantee outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Physical healing

• Emotional transformation

• Business/career outcomes

• Energy shifts

• Spiritual awakenings

• Manifestation

• Relationship changes

 

 

Your results depend on your personal choices, energy, mindset, embodiment, and continued action.

All sessions, transmissions, and programmes are offered for personal development and spiritual growth purposes only.

6. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

By purchasing any service or digital product, you acknowledge that:

✔ All sales are final.

✔ No refunds under any circumstances

✔ Payment plans must be completed in full.

✔ This applies to all services, including:

• Sacred Reclamation

• QHHT sessions

• Angel Reiki

• Soul Speak

• Intuitive Circles

• Coaching

• Activations

• Workshops, online or in-person

• Digital products, workbooks, meditations

• Events, transmissions, replays

Exceptions:

• Duplicate transaction

• Technical error resulting in an incorrect charge

 

No refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Personal circumstances

• Scheduling issues

• Perceived lack of results

• Not using/attending sessions

• Not completing programme content

7. PAYMENT PLANS & FAILED PAYMENTS

If you choose a payment plan:

• You are contractually obligated to complete all payments

• Your access may be paused if a payment fails

• You remain responsible for the full balance

• Late fees may apply

• Continued failed payments may be referred to a recovery agency

 

You may not cancel a payment plan early.

8. SERVICE-SPECIFIC POLICIES

 

8.1 Sacred Reclamation Programme

By joining, you agree to:

• Complete all payments

• Participate respectfully in the community space

• Maintain confidentiality for all group members

• Use programme materials for personal use only

• Not share or distribute recordings, PDFs, or content

• Attend sessions with appropriate self-responsibility

 

The Practitioner may remove you from the programme for inappropriate

behaviour or harm to the group energy.

No refunds will be issued.​

8.2 QHHT Level 2 Sessions

You acknowledge that:

• QHHT involves deep relaxation and hypnotic states

• You must be physically and mentally able to participate

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing

• Results vary and are not guaranteed

• This is not therapy or medical treatment

Cancellations within 48 hours may still be charged in full.

8.3 Angel Reiki & Soul Speak

 

You understand that:

• These are energy-based spiritual services

• Not a medical treatment

• Results are subjective and personal

Late arrival or missed sessions are charged in full.​

8.4 Intuitive Healing Circles

Group sessions are non-refundable.

You agree to attend in a respectful, safe, and non-disruptive manner.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content — including course material, recordings, workbooks, activations, meditations, transmissions, images, branding, and written content — is owned by Soulistic Ascension.

You may not:

• Share

• Distribute

• Resell

• Reproduce

• Record

• Teach

• Copy

• Upload elsewhere…unless explicit written permission is granted.​

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

• Personal stories shared in sessions or groups must remain confidential.

• Recording group calls or sessions is strictly prohibited.

• “Zoom replays” or official session recordings must not be downloaded, shared, or distributed.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• The Practitioner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages stemming from any service, programme, or content.

• You take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and interpretation of the work.

 

If you disagree with these limits, please do not purchase services.

12. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to use this website for:

• Any unlawful activity

• Copying or scraping content

• Harassment, threats, or disruptive behaviour

• Misuse of intellectual property

13. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

I may terminate your access to any programme, service, or community space for:

• Violations of these terms

• Harmful behaviour

• Disrupting group energy

• Sharing confidential content

• Failure to complete payments

No refunds will be issued.

These Terms are governed by UK law.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively within UK courts.​
