What Questions Should I Ask in a QHHT Session?

Georgia James explains how to prepare the life, relationship, purpose and spiritual questions you genuinely want to bring to your QHHT day.

Start with what you genuinely want to understand

Your QHHT questions do not need to sound spiritual or profound. They need to be the questions you genuinely want answered. Bring the things that keep returning, the experiences that have never quite made sense and the parts of your life you are ready to understand differently.

QHHT is a full-day process because we are not looking at one isolated problem. We have time to review your life, talk through multiple connected areas and understand what you would like the session to address.

The process begins before the session day

From the moment somebody books a session with me, I believe we have already opened and prepared the field. Be prepared to notice synchronicities from the moment you say yes.

As you prepare, you may suddenly remember an event, recognise a repeating pattern or feel prompted to write down a question you had not considered before. I see that as the Higher Self helping to bring conscious attention to what it would like you to understand.

Questions about relationships and repeating patterns

You might ask why the same relationship dynamic keeps returning, why a particular person feels so familiar, why you continue to overgive or people-please, or what a difficult relationship is here to show you.

The names and circumstances may change while the feeling underneath remains the same. Bring the pattern rather than trying to arrive with the answer.

Questions about purpose, direction and change

You can ask about your purpose, your work, a decision, the next chapter of your life or why you feel pulled in a direction that does not yet make logical sense.

You do not need to ask, ‘What should I do?’ as though somebody outside you is making the decision. You might ask, ‘What am I ready to understand about this choice?’ or ‘What is preventing me from trusting what I already know?’

Questions about experiences you cannot explain

You may want to understand a recurring dream, a fear that has followed you for years, a spiritual experience, a place you feel drawn towards or why a situation carries more emotion than its surface explanation seems to justify.

What comes forward may relate to this life, a past life, a symbolic experience or something else chosen by the Higher Self or superconscious. I do not decide what you will experience. We follow what is brought forward for you.

Keep the questions personal and open

Simple questions are often the most powerful: Why does this keep returning? What is this relationship showing me? What am I ready to release? What do I need to understand about my purpose? Why am I finding this choice so difficult? What is my Higher Self trying to show me now?

Avoid using the session to make somebody else’s private decisions for them. Bring the question back to your own life, your connection with that person and what you are ready to understand.

You do not need a perfect list

Your questions help us prepare, but they do not control the session. The Higher Self or superconscious chooses what is appropriate to bring forward. Sometimes the most important part of the day is something you could not have known to place on the list.

A useful final question is: ‘Is there anything else I need to know that I have not thought to ask?’ Then we allow the session to unfold in the way it needs to.

How your questions are used on the day

We begin with the interview, where we talk through your life, experiences and questions. That conversation is very important and normally lasts at least two hours, often longer when a client needs more time.

The hypnosis portion normally lasts for a minimum of two hours. During that part I bring forward the questions you prepared. Afterwards, we review the session together, and you receive a voice recording of the hypnosis so you can listen again and put the different answers into place.

Questions involving health, law or money

You can bring the personal and spiritual meaning of anything affecting your life, but QHHT is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, legal advice or financial advice. Do not stop medication or replace qualified professional care because of something experienced in a session.

Your recording and reflections can sit alongside the practical support you choose in everyday life. You remain responsible for real-world decisions.
