Who is responsible

Georgia James, trading as Soulistic Ascension, is the controller of personal information described in this policy. Contact: georgia@soulisticascension.co.uk. In-person services operate in New Lubbesthorpe, Leicestershire; a correspondence address can be requested where legally required.

What we collect

• Identity and contact information, including name, email and telephone number.
• Enquiry, booking and transaction records. Full card details are handled by the named payment provider and are not stored by us.
• For booked QHHT, BQH and Angelic Reiki sessions, health, wellbeing, accessibility and treatment information that you choose to provide through the private consultation form, including an older signed paper form that Georgia later scans into the encrypted private archive.
• Course access, lesson progress, preferences and communications when member services are activated.
• Technical, device and usage information where permitted by cookie choices.

The consultation form requests special-category health information only where it may help Georgia prepare for and deliver the booked session safely and thoughtfully. It is collected with your explicit consent and is not used for marketing.

Purposes and lawful bases

• Contract and steps before contract: responding to service enquiries, purchases, bookings, courses, downloads and support.
• Explicit consent: using the health and wellbeing information you choose to provide in a private consultation form. You may withdraw consent by contacting Georgia.
• Legal obligation: tax, accounting, consumer protection and regulation.
• Legitimate interests: proportionate security, service improvement and administration after assessing your rights.
• Consent: optional cookies and email marketing. Consent can be withdrawn.

Sharing and transfers

Selected processors provide hosting, payments, email, analytics, authentication, video and secure storage. We share only what is necessary and apply appropriate safeguards. Consultation answers and scanned forms are not placed in Stripe, Google Calendar, email, marketing systems, search results or AI analysis.

Retention and security

Private consultation answers and scanned signed forms are encrypted before storage, accessed only through Georgia’s protected administration area and reviewed so they can be deleted when no longer necessary for the service or a lawful claim. Openings and deletions of scanned records are logged and each scan has a retention review date. Other records are kept only as long as required for the service, legal claims, tax and accounting. We use access controls, encryption in transit, backups, logging and least-privilege administration, though no online service can promise absolute security.

Your rights and children

You may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus the right to withdraw consent. Paid services are intended for adults aged 18 and over unless an offering clearly states otherwise.
